Value-added services are additional benefits or features provided beyond a product or basic service, enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.

Domestic

  • Address Correction/Change of Delivery at Destination Rs.50/-
  • Diplomatic Area / ODA Area Delivery Charges Min Rs.500/- or Rs.15/- per kg whichever is higher is applicable.
  • Reverse pickup from Metro’s Min Rs.500/- or Rs.15/-per kg whichever is higher will be considered and Transshipment/Freight as per the agreed tariff.
  • OTo pay freight Collection Surcharge Per Shipment Rs.150 and All To- pay Shipments Minimum Chargeable 5 Kg and Additional to paid Surcharge
  • COD Surcharges Rs,150 Per Shipment.

International

  • Address Correction Rs.750/-
  • Metro Station reverse pickup Min Rs.500/- or Rs.15/- Per Kg
  • ODA Charges Rs.1750/-
  • Export Commercial Clearance Rs.1750/-
  • Import Commercial Clearance Rs 2500/-
  • Personal Baggage Shipment on additional above Export and Import Rs.2500/-
  • Destination Duties & Taxes will be charged as per the destination country regulatory .
